The vision measuring system provides non-contact dimensional inspection for parts with fine edges, small holes, narrow slots or delicate surfaces. High-resolution imaging and measurement software make it suitable for components that may be difficult to inspect reliably with conventional hand tools.
During a typical case, a batch of precision brackets or lens-related parts is placed on the measurement stage. The system captures key geometries and checks dimensions such as length, width, diameter, spacing, profile and edge position against the approved drawing. Results can be compared across multiple samples to identify production drift before it affects assembly.
