What is the lead-time for aluminum die-casting tooling, samples and mass production?
Aluminum die-casting tooling together with sample production normally takes 30-45 days after drawing approval. Conventional mass-production lead-time is 20-30 working days after sample confirmation. We can evaluate adjusted timelines for time-sensitive projects.

Can you support custom modifications based on our existing housing samples?
Yes. We accept redesign and modification work from customer-provided samples. Our engineering team will complete DFM evaluation and provide feasible suggestions for structure, heat dissipation and mounting to match your actual application.

Which aluminum alloys do you use for LED light housings?
ADC12 is our most widely-used grade for LED lighting housings.
A380 and LM6 are also available to meet different performance requirements.

Can you make the mould as well as the castings?
Yes. Mould design, flow simulation and tool making are handled in our own tool room, so one supplier covers DFM review, tooling, casting, CNC machining and surface finishing.

How do you control quality on LED housing castings?
Every melt is verified on a CREATE CX-9800 spectrometer, dimensions are checked on NANO Micro CMM and vision measuring systems, and mechanical properties are confirmed by tensile testing. First-article and PPAP-style reports are available on request.

What surface treatments are available?
We offer powder coating (standard grey, black and RAL colours), E-coating, anodizing, shot blasting, passivation and chromate treatment.
All treatments are suitable for IP65 / IP66 outdoor lighting products.

Our factory is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. We export our aluminum die-cast products to Europe, North America, the Middle East, etc.
