J&T Die-Casting is a professional manufacturer of aluminum die-cast housings and custom components. We mainly produce die-cast parts for outdoor LED lighting, while also delivering a wide range of custom die-cast components across diverse industries. With our in-house tool room, casting workshop, CNC machining centre and inspection laboratory, we support customers from drawing review and DFM analysis through to mass production, surface finishing and final delivery.

We deliver highly customizable solutions to match project-specific requirements. This covers material selection, surface treatments, corrosion performance and corresponding salt-spray testing, all validated within our in-house lab. We operate under a well-documented quality system with traceable material certificates and first-article inspection reports available upon request.

Our die-cast products are exported to Europe, North America, the Middle East, etc. Our core offerings include die-cast housings for outdoor lighting such as street lights and flood lights, alongside various custom aluminum die-cast components for different applications.
